Terms & Conditions of Use for gd9

01 Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the gd9 website accessible at https://gd9.wine, including all services, games and features provided within it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the gd9 platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a member to access gd9 services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's account, including cash and bonus credits subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any credit value, free funds or promotional benefit granted to a member under specific conditions.
• "Wager" or "Round" refers to any bet placed by a member in any game available on the platform.
• "gd9" refers to the company operating this platform under international licensing.

02 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing the gd9 platform — whether to register as a new member, log in to an existing account, or simply browse the platform's content — you hereby accept and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the member) and gd9. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to stop using this platform immediately.

gd9 reserves the right to modify, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any such changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the amended terms.

03 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the gd9 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Register under your own name only — accounts opened in someone else's name are not permitted.
• Have no legal restriction preventing you from participating in online gambling activities.
• Not be currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform.
• Have not previously had an account terminated by gd9 due to misconduct or breach of terms.

gd9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport at any time. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in account suspension or closure.

04 Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the gd9 platform. Holding more than one account will result in all related accounts being suspended and the balances within them may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, correct and complete information. The information to be provided includes your full name as shown on your identity card, an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

Members are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts:

• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Use a unique password that is difficult to guess.
• Log out of your account when done, especially when using a public or shared device.
• Notify the gd9 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

gd9 will not be liable for any losses arising from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the gd9 platform are subject to the following provisions:

• Minimum deposit is RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal is RM100 per request.
• Available payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes after the request is approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes.

gd9 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, or where identity verification has not been fully completed by the member concerned.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by gd9 are subject to the wagering requirements set out below. The following conditions apply to the welcome bonus:

• Welcome bonus: 200% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM300.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Total balance RM300 → Wagering required: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000.
• Example: Deposit RM400 → Bonus RM300 (maximum cap) → Total balance RM700 → Wagering required: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.

gd9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence that a member has abused the promotion, including opening multiple accounts or using betting methods intended to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk (for example, hedging techniques).

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first. gd9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Activities

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities while using the gd9 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or third-party programmes designed to manipulate or exploit the gaming system.
• Opening multiple accounts with the intent of accumulating more bonuses or circumventing set limits.
• Carrying out any action that may be classified as money laundering through gambling activities on this platform.
• Sharing or selling an account to another party.
• Disrupting or attempting to disrupt the technical operations of the platform, including cyberattacks or unauthorised access attempts.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or during the identity verification process.
• Using another person's account information without valid authorisation.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in the actions set out in Clause 8.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

gd9 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or close any member's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these terms and conditions, particularly those relating to prohibited activities.
• Fraud, system manipulation or any action that undermines the integrity of the platform.
• Failure to comply with identity verification requests within the specified period.
• Requests from relevant authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period with no activity.

In cases of closure due to fraud or serious breach, gd9 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including deposited funds and winnings, without any compensation to the member.

09 Responsible Gambling

gd9 is committed to responsible gambling practices and provides self-help tools to assist members in managing their betting activity:

• Deposit limits — Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits to control spending.
• Loss limits — Set a maximum loss limit for a given period to prevent overspending.
• Play Break — Take a temporary break from the platform for a period chosen by the member.
• Self-Exclusion — Members can apply to be excluded from the platform permanently or for a set period if they feel gambling is having a negative impact on their lives.

• Technical disruptions causing games to be interrupted, delayed or inaccessible.
• Losses resulting from failures or delays in third-party payment systems.
• Any damage to a user's device or software arising from the use of the platform.

11 Data Protection and Privacy

12 Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law
